[v1.01] Everything Costs Nothing Mod!

Using bas's tools (cheers, man!), I made a teeny mod that just makes everything cost nothing. Just thought it might be fun.

Please make a backup of data.dat
(Please don't post anything about how cheating is evil, the game just came out, blahblahblah. If you don't like it, don't download it, simple as that)
NOTES
- Power Bars still cost money, can't fix that.
- Possibly some bugs in this, I don't know.

Probably Grognaks mod manager,since it is the most used and i think the only one
