I got the broken chamber and revived the crew member that told me I had to go to a black hole in the rock sector.
Before I got the chance to visit each location in the rock sector the rebellion took over the sector, now I am jumping from place to place while the whole sector is under warning.
Can I still find the black hole despite the rebellion controlling all parts?

When the rebels take over a beacon, any quests or shops in that area end. I would suggest getting out of there while you still can.
