Bandicam Crashes Game

So as always.. I play to the final sector and record the game with Bandicam... 30% of the times I select ftl on bandicam the game crashes... It's really frustrating because once I was about to defeat the flagship with a ship that I found and unlocked the crystal cruiser with! Here are two crash logs:

By now I have also upgraded to the newest version of FTL (1.03.3) I do not know if this crash still exists in this version but can you figure out the problem meanwhile?
