[MAC] mouse lags game

hi
i have seen this problem reported for PCs but i have yet to see a mac solution. The fix for the others was to update drivers for the GPU but i don't know if thats available for the mac. is there anyone who can help me?

Could you describe your computer and tell us the version of OS you are using? Maybe enableing frame limiting in the options will help.
