What's new in mod-tools department?

I was working on a WH40K-mod last year but my hard-drive crashed and when I got everything back I had sort of lost interest in going back to the mod. I also thought I might as well give it some time for the ship-editors and whatnot to mature a little before I'd finish it off.

So are there any new ones or updated versions of the ones that existed in November last year? I remember they were a little glitchy with crashes and didn't update the existing files in any way that made modding too easy. Also the background and graphics for where guns and gun-effects ended up didn't work and had to be manually adjusted.

Looking at the threads with the editors they still seem to be the same ones as last year and it's not clear just looking at the first post if they took care of all the issues. Still amazing tools and really great people took time to make them :)

I dunno about last year, since i entered the community about 3 months ago, but for example, superluminal editor has released A LOT of new versions and now is the best ship editor available, crashes are really rare, i only had 1 but after that the author of superluminal fixed that bug and i was using superluminal since the day i discovered it. I also think the new version of FTL (1.031) came out this year, im not really sure, but a lot of things changed since the previous version..
