Where exactly does the shop take the weapons and drones it sells from?

I made a custom list in the blueprints.xml called <blueprintList name="ANT_DRONES"> which is not used before. There are all my new drones in. And I didnt put it onto the autoblueprints. But one of my drones still appeared in a shop. So where exactly does it take the weapons & drones from?

Autoblueprints is for enemy ships. If you include a weapon/drone there, the enemy ships may use it, otherwise they're player only.

Shops sell all items with <rarity> set to >0. 0 means the item may not be bought.
