I don't know what to do!

The only problem I see if with the font of the ship name. That's caused by the mod manager incorrectly restoring an old version of the game's resource file. Reinstall (or verify the cache if you're using Steam) to fix the problem, you might need to install FTL to a new location since the mod manager can be rather stubborn about replacing that file.

Okay it works but now I gotta get a new Mod manager what do I do then?

I think you can clear the cache on the mod manager... but I didn't write that so I'm not sure how it works. You'll probably find better help posting in the mod forums, sorry
