I'm trying to autofire a single weapon on a Mac but I can't get it to work. I've tried ctrl-clicking, and I've tried every other modifier key as well, and I've tried every variation of clicks I can think of, but haven't had any luck. If it is not broken, can someone please tell me precisely what I click on in what order to make it work?

I once lost a fully maxed out boarding crew when my entire weapons platform autofired and blew up the enemy ship, rather than just autofiring my ion cannon as intended.

That key is customizable from within the options screen. Just go to "Options" and then select "Customize Controls" and you can bind it to whatever is convenient

Click on the weapon, then Ctrl+Click on the room you want to shoot.

This doesn't work for me. However, it turns out that the meta key on Mac defaults to ` (back tick) rather than ctrl. I haven't had a chance yet to confirm this works, but I assume it will.

Change it in the options to whatever you like. This was added in the latest version so make sure you play the 1.03.1 version.
