added floor images (empty)... this should resolve the black images bug.

I finally did make the Room interiors! God damn do I hate making those.
ver1.7
-> added the Ion Laser Gamma
-> nerfed the Beta Ion laser to 14 sec cd and 3 power accordingly.

Beutifully done. Top effort. Dem pixels must have worn you out, but it was worth it. The sensors and medbay look particulary nice.
But yeah, interiors are unreasonably pita.
