1. Did you download the latest version of Slipstream Mod Manager?

2. If so, and your game is Steam-based, delete the .bak files in the backup folder within Slipstream Mod Manager, and afterwards, reinstall FTL.

3. Afterwards, run Slipstream, but do not patch any mods yet. Click Patch, and when the Mod Manager tells you to run the game, cancel.

4. Patch any mods you like (If patching CE, CEi and EL please consult the first post for the proper load order).

Would you please make the new crew skins a separate mod because they look soooo good. I'd love to be able to play Infinite Space with many more different colours for my crew. Thanks

Getting error. Loading bar finishes, and when it loads main menu, it crashes w/ Microsoft Visual C++ error. Stops responding.

Problem seems to be with Endless Loot.
Order is the following:
CE
Infinite
EL
Non-EL Enemy Loadouts

Seems like an out of memory failure. Check out the solution on the OP, or a page back or two on this thread.

When I run the game with CE Endless Loot Addon for CE Infinite, the game crashes before the title screen and Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library comes up with this error:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I have Captains Edition, CE BPaP Compatibility Patch, CE Additional Music and CE Infinite Addon installed, and the game only crashes when I install the Endless Loot Addon for CE Infinite, and runs fine with the other mods installed. I have tried re-downloading the mod, to no avail. Can someone help me out?

I recommend you check the troubleshooting section right at the beginning of this thread. There you can read:

Game crashes/freezes after or during the loading screen when havin EL 0.97 or later installed:
Your FTL does not have access to enough memory in order to cache all the images EL adds. The solution is to allocate more memory to FTL:

I got Endless Loot 0.97 working by using a program to allow FTL to access more ram.
You just have to apply this fix to the FTLgame.exe and it'll launch without any issues.

I just tested the game properly after applying this patch and it runs perfectly

can you make it able to be downloaded via dropbox?! because mediafire is not a thing that wants to work with me ever!

Since everybody seems to be interested in requesting dropbox, I'll go ahead and host the current edition there. It will take a while though, so just check this forum from time to time as I'll edit this post whenever I'm done uploading all the files in the dropbox mirror.

E: I'll just have you guys know that it is ultimately up to Sleeper if he wants to use the mirror (I'll be PM'ing it to him instead for him to post).

I can link it in the OP. But you should be aware that dropbox has a traffic limit. If too many people download the mod via your link and generate too much traffic this way then you account will get temporarily suspended. That is also the reason why I don't use it anymore.

Hmm, interesting. Ehh, I've already created a backup account anyway.
