Like the page before this said.

They will be encounters in crystal space and stuff. I was requested to make this hull. Also the Lanius type B.

I also asked Tweevle if he might take a stab at the Lanius B. He said it looked kind of diffucult though... Which it does...

Also, just thought I'd point out that it isn't really a big problem making the Crystal Quest easier because the Rock C starts out with a Crystal man. Making the quest waaaay easier.

These look fantastic, but a slight point of contention for me is that Type C ships had lesser lines than Types A and B (Compare Tektite to Shivan/Bulwark). Of course, if we intend to reduce the lines, it would make it difficult for us to make a new cloak image for those three.

Perhaps you could put up a download somewhere besides mediafire? It's really annoying and takes forever. Plus, it's loaded with viruses and such.

I like the way the lines look on the Rock C's. They at least look more like Rock ships than Crystal ships that way. Good point though. Depends on how they are used in events, whether they should be more Rock-alike or Crystal like.

Also, should Raven do the Rock Brawler as well?

Three ships are enough for these rare events I'd say.

Well thanks, I definitely did not put any viruses in the mod. I recommend Linux and patience. My update routine already takes more than an hour so I don't want to deal with having to give multiple host sites. If you want to make a torrent an care to seed it then I'll link it in the OP.

Found a bug: The type of crew that is smart enough to upgrade some of your subsystems in a conversation only ever says that they have analyzed your life support system. They'll say they have analyzed your life support, but may then offer to upgrade other types of systems.

Anti virus does lie at times, and I can bet you 100% that the're is no viruses in FTL: CE.

And I am amazed at how Sleeper service keeps uploaded and updating this mod. As much as I do not like the host website he's using. It still works, and from my understanding Sleepers Drop Box is already full so he can't really use it anymore. As sleeper said, feel free to re upload it on dropbox of what have you and such.

Also I just ran into an event in some Federation sector where I helped out a few Federation ships, the event felt so awesome to me, the language the vocab the feel and the battle.
I purposely targeted the capital ship of there fleet just because it felt so awesome that moment.
It was a blue event option for a 'federation ship' , Not sure what it is using to Identify that.

The vocab reminds me of my child hood, the days I played Mechwarrior and early ace combat and not to forget freelancer. I dislike the modern slang jargon like "over and out" (which means you are gonna continue talking soon and also you stopped talking.... what?)

Good work! :D

I suppose he was talking about MediaFire website itself containing viruses? I'm not really sure if MediaFire runs ads on its download page, but I do have my adblock on so that's that.

And I believe Sleeper's either using the Artillery System or the Artillery's guns itself to make it identify as a Fed ship during events.

Whenever I run the game with CE installed, the came crashes before the title screen. A window pops up called Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library which says:
Assertion failed!
Program:...
File: src/rapidxml/rapidxml.hpp
Line: 1383
Expression: text
For further information on how your program can cause assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation an asserts
(Press Retry to debug the application - JIT must be enabled

Then there are three buttons saying Abort, Retry, and Ignore.
I have no idea what this means and I have tried to fix this issue myself by reinstalling everything, restarting my computer, etc. Can someone please help me?
