Almost forget to report a bug which I encountered twice:

I think this happened with the federation bomber ship. It has a clonebay and pilot at the same room.
When damaged, only the pilot system is hit. This is an issue for boarding ships - no way to kill the crew!

It requires some imagination I guess. The meta-explanation here is that you life support can't keep up with purifying the ships atmosphere unless it is really advanced. Reversing augment effects or anything like that is impossible.

Heavy Charge Laser, possibly other charge weapons does not show it's/their charge bubbles on CE infinite loot addon.

I posted this 4 pages back and got no response. Can someone please take a quick peek and see if it looks good? Also im having a bug with one of the stealth missile launchers, im not sure if its because my load order or what. The missile fires sideways... and impacts sideways... its very odd. Let me know if you need anymore information. I guess its time to upgrade to 1.206 :)

I simply don't know if the polish kit is updated for the current version of CE, so I can't answer that. You might want to inquire on that in Slowriderxchorps thread.

No idea what is wrong with the missiles. Which of the stealth missiles was it? Did that happen in Endless Loot? If yes, which prefix was applied to the weapon? Re-downloading the mod might fix that, cause they are working fine for me... at last in their base form.

Thanks for your reply sleeper, I was only running the mods i listed. No endless loot. I don't recall the name of the launcher having the side way missile issue. I was using the 1.205b version which SM did support, im not sure about the 1.206 version yet though. If you not sure the order i should use il go ahead and post in the SM thread. But as for the missile bug, i will re-download the mod and if i see it again I'll grab the launcher name for you. More then likely though its just a mod conflict. Thanks for your kick ass mod and keep it up bro.

Edit: It seems your right, SM is a few updates behind you. Sorry about that, I will disable his mods until they get updated. I decided im going to try the EL addon you made for CE, but i wanted to use it without infinite. Under it though, it says it requires Infinite. So if i wanted to use CE and EL without Infinite would my load order look like this?

Bugs I've found so far : (Both in Endless Loot Addon)

-Optimized (possible every type of) Ion intruder uses the sprite for normal boarding drones (atleast in "Backpack" I'll find out if it is like this when invading enemy ships as well once i get drone system on my current play through) I now used it, and it seems there is nothing wrong, I just didont realize this is how the ion intruder works on CE, my bad.
-Also, when i hold the cursor over it it says "Anti-Personnel drone" rather than "Ion Intruder"

-Beam Drones can get Low Velocity Prefix (Reduced projectile speed)

There is a seperate version for main CE, right below the download for EL CE Infinite...

That also happened to me - A pirate ship with clonebay and pilot in the same room. I could only destroy the piloting system with my boarding crew, and the other crew kept on coming :?
I eventually destroyed the clonebay system with laser weapon - but it was quite annoying.
