It would also have Level 3 Doors, because letting foreigners pass through the ship is a bad idea and it might force them to turn back.
Also, level 2 medbay because we have free healthcare over here and it's pretty decent too.

Because now I have this idea for a stealth ship that'll be "state-of-the-art" and the Federation plans on building 15 more of them using a Zoltan contractor (the Engies are wondering why the Humans didn't accept their deal) and combat systems from the Crystals. Of course, their current fleet of Stealth Cruisers haven't had much actual space experience and are mostly in hangars but it should generate hundreds of thousands of new jobs for Federation workers.

And the resulting ship is... the Simo-H!
