Desc: An experimental weapon utilizing the power of superheated photons to ionize shields and to set ships aflame.
Appearance: A golden looking beam weapon, recolor the pike maybe?-(I know the beam color can't be changed, :/)

1 system/hull damage
100% chance of fire
Beam length: Shorter than the Pike but longer than a Halberd.
Dark Matter:
Desc: An experimental weapon utilizing the power of magnetically accelerated dark matter to disable ships and rip apart the very atoms of lifeforms.
Appearance: Purple-ish beam, again maybe a recolor of the Pike?
1 ion damage per room
1 system/hull damage
Deals bio-beam damage.
Beam length: Shorter than the Pike but longer than a Halberd.
Both should require maybe 4 power, and 15 seconds to charge.
Backstory: This weapon is shrouded in mystery. It is rumored that a paranoid Engi predicted the war and created a weapon that could mass-produce anti-ship drones...
Description: A big, futuristic cannon that looks hastily put together (Ex. wires visible, plating loose...). Hole on end is bigger then a drone.

Uses 1 drone part per 22 seconds as long as it is online
Other stuff: This weapon spawns drones at the 1 drone part every 25 seconds its online. You can turn it off at any time to stop using up you drone parts.

U have red beams, red beams and red beams. U cant re-color em or re-texturize em, sadly. Thats the reason beam weapons are so abandoned.. i already have about more than 50 beam textures / sprites ready to use, but sadly i cant use em on my mods.

I knew this, were you reading my post quickly? I believe I said that at some point. I really wish we could change beam color, though.
