The archive is the mod. You don't need to open it, just place the file you downloaded in the "mods" directory of your mod manager and patch it in.

I'm not exactly familiar when it comes to folders and archives, so what exactly do you mean? Forgive my ignorance, lol. But when I download it and WinRAR opens it up, there are just folders. I drop the folders (named "img" and "data") into the mods folder, but I can't find them when I open modman.

Don't open the file. Save the file into mods.

I never did open the file. It opened up and there are 2 folders.

Then right click the link and save it.

Does this show up? Because I don't know how to explain unless I show you a picture of it. How do I upload something from inside my pictures folder?

Use Photobucket or Mediafire...

As for how you can get the file to work.
You see that link for the file? Don't left click on it.

Right click the link. You'll see some options. Select "Save Link as"

Then save that link in your mods folder. It should download as an .ftl file.

Then you should be able to access it using Slipstream.

It did everything you said except being a .ftl file. Instead, it says it's a WinRAR Zip Archive.

Then change the extension to .ftl

They're pretty much the same thing.
