ok so it seems like the tsunami ship isnt working either... is this cause the mod hasnt been updated as well?stylesrj wrote:Looks like that mod hasn't been updated for Advanced Edition. AE came out in like 2014 so any mod that hasn't had a reply or an update before then is most likely not compatible with it and using it will cause problems with the game.

Check the thread. If the last post is before April 2014, then it's probably not updated.
If the last post is beyond April 2014 and it's asking "Has this been updated for AE?" then chances are it hasn't been updated for AE.

I was wondering what some good ship mods are. It seems like a lot of them are underpowered or overpowered?

I like Rantrel, personally. The ships are pretty much balanced on average, and if you're not content just go into the coding and change a few things.Avalanche Yetti wrote:I was wondering what some good ship mods are. It seems like a lot of them are underpowered or overpowered?
I've created Type C Hulls for the enemy Mantis, Slug, Rock, and Zoltan ships, and anyone can use these for a mod.
Check out the details here.

Is this just a general question? I don't think this is the right place to ask if that's the case...Avalanche Yetti wrote:Is there any way to see what achievements I have finished in ftl? I can see the ship avhivments but not the other ones...
And also, I'm not sure what kind of question this is... All achievements, both ship and general are found in STATS on the main menu

Did anyone ever really test fire/breach chance in depth?
It seems like setting both to 10 makes it always start a fire (and it looks like you can't get both at once), along with some other numbers I tried (8-8 resulting in a large number of fires, 5-10 [but not 10-5 for fire, then I couldn't get a single breach] resulting in roughly similar number of hazards, but this is just short testing), does the fire chance get calculated first and, if unsuccessful, the game rolls the breach chance?
