Yes. It is.

HOWEVER, apparently it has been known to get hit by freak accidents involving a certain type of weapons - bombs, if I'm not mistaken. So you might want to use it only on auto-ships or NPCs.

Well my small ship is an Auto-ship. Alright seems reasonable. Hope I don't get hit by a breach bomb. better stop this off topic discussion on a thread about a flying candy pine tree.

Well, the way I understand it, a 0x0 room would have no place to be breached in. However, the chance of being hit by a bomb into a 0x0 room is directly related to the ratio of regular rooms to null rooms in a ship.

That happens only if the 0x0 room has lower ID than the room that is supposed to "cover" it.

Say you have a 2x2 room with ID 3, and a 0x0 room with ID 5, with the 0x0 positioned inside of the 2x2 room.
If a missile is fired at the 0x0 room, the 2x2 room will take the hit instead.

No bugged oxygen strips at all, can not be manned, doors can connect but it'll cause weird stuff to happen (IIRC crash the game), no boarders, fires or breaches can be spawned in them.

correct i really should have explained to stop all the off track posts
actually it would make sense on this ship that a solar flare would have a small chance of destroying you instantly
your a tree and it would force you to change your strategy around suns from fight to run

It may be out of season right now, but this mod has been updated for Advanced Edition!

There are quite a few changes, but I don't think it really makes that much of a difference. I did a test run through sector 1 and still managed to kill the crew of every ship I fought despite not having the teleporter anymore. That Heavy Candy Cane is quite powerful with the guaranteed breach and lockdown. :twisted:

Strange thing about the old version... The download counter increased quite significantly after AE came out, despite the mod not being compatible due to the changes to artillery. :?
