Thanks a lot for thinking about the modders as well! Is there any chance that we can also have correct ion damage on beams? Right now they kill off any shields with the first room hit.
Well maybe I shouldn’t get started with that. I believe the modding community could easily come up with a hundreds-of-items-wishlists of all the stuff they would like to be able to influence... (and cant right now... like beam color!)
Thanks for the continuous support of the game!

Will this version also be available on GOG? I already own Steam version, but i'm thinking about getting a DRM free one for times when i'm too lazy to launch steam

Once it is stable, it will be available on Steam, on GOG, and on this website.

You rock!

Never even noticed this one - I'd need to rebalance some of my weapons, if I had ever bothered balancing them in the first place...

Updated to 1.03.03 and my dev version of Sonata CTDs when starting a game. (it works with whatever the newest non-beta version is)
Edit: 1.03.01
Code: Select all
Version = 1.03.3

A zip of the /data directory I was using at the time is attached on the off chance it'll help. There's some weird shit in there, man.

It's awesome that you continue to develop and patch your game, even after you've enjoyed success.
Just bought it, and with a nice tip for you. Enjoy!

@theshepard: I don't have any problem with that data, I can't reproduce the crash.. and the stack isn't providing any useful data either. Sorry!

-If you're carrying the Crystal alien from the stasis pod, the Rock Homeworld map will start with the appropriate quest marker to for the beacon that leads to the Crystal sector
Nope.
Been grinding(Yes. Grinding.) to get the crystal cruiser for a few days now, and for the second time I now actually have the Crystal bastard while I'm in the rock homeworld, but still no quest beacon...
I've got the game saved on the first beacon if that would be anything you want to look at.

Are you sure you're using the patched version? The main menu should read 1.03.3. Send me the save file to
zasdarq@ftlgame.com and I'll see if I can figure out what's going wrong.
