Pics or I'm not flying them

Anyway, to put them all in one file, copy everything in one .ftl file except for blueprints.xml.append (and rooms.xml.append I think)

With blueprints.xml.append, you copy the contents inside the document and add them to the blueprints.xml of the target .ftl file.
Same goes for rooms.xml.append

You don't need programming skills. Just Notepad or something. And I think Superluminal also allows you to create mod compilations.

PLIOU wrote:I have no programming skills so they remain as they are seperate. Thank you for the information , you dont have to fly all of the ships! You can modify any of them or delete them or anything . I donate them to the FTL universe .

Funny story... I went ahead and tried to combine all the ship blueprint files into a single .ftl file (for convenience) but for some reason whenever I test the compilation out, all I have are the vanilla ships. But when I load an individual mod, it works fine.

So yeah you might be on to something here. I'm no programmer either

EDIT: But CAKE seems to have fixed it in the post (or two) below.

All of your posts appear to be periods. Is this intentional? You can delete your own posts.

I put all the ships into 1 .ftl file and it works for me, download here

You can't delete the opening post for a thread once someone else has posted in it.

Yup, your version works fine. Now I can delete my compilation.
