Help!!! Ship blows up at start, 0 hull!

Still having an issue with every ships first weapon slot is blank....any idea which mod in my list is causing it?

Probably not the cause, but you'll want to move CE Non-EL Enemy Loadouts Addon 1.241 after CE Endless Loot Addon for CE Infinite 1.24 on your list.
Also I don't know if you're still using it or not but CE Vanilla Player Ships Loadouts Addon 1.214b and Ship - Captains Edition Player Ships aren't meant to be used together. You'll want to remove one of them. Patch - The sMPK for Captains Edition needs to be before Patch - The sMPK for CE Infinite. Alpha - The sM Polish Kit for Advanced Edition needs to be before FTL Captains Edition 1.241b.
You've got a lot of load order problems. If you're using sMPK, there'll be a load order for it in the Changelog, and CE has a load order in its thread.
