suggestions / enhancements?

Is there an official way to request enhancements / make suggestions for future development? I thought it would be in this forum, but I don't see it.

I'll post my suggestions in the "Discussion" forum, but will suggest one thing here: add info to this forum explaining whether you do or do not want suggestions at this time, and if so, where to post them.

It's in discussion. This forum is for bug reports or tech-support requests. Discussion does not have that particular description but all feature requests have been made there, and it's the most appropriate place to suggest stuff.
