Zoltan self energy powerup

Hello everyone,

i would like to point out a bug that bothers me a lot in game.

Consider scenario:
you have 4 power capacity for weapons. You have an artemis missile and two Blasters lvl II.

You are charging both Blasters, using up 4/4 energy bars.

Now your Zoltan comes through weapons room on his way to Firefight or Repair duty.

Result is: your second Blaster lvl II is disabled and only the first one is charging because you suddenly have only 2+1 energy allocated instead of the previous 4.

This needs attention to be fixed. Give priority to manual power reallocation and use Zoltan only if there is a spare energy bar please.

Keep Zoltans out of weapons. :D Or space them... they annoy everyone with that, but that's the price you pay for free power...

Keep in mind that if you had two Zoltan in there your BurstLaserII would not only be powered for free, but also immune to ion effects. Ions cant lock out weapons powered by Zoltan free energy. Same thing works for shields, if you have 2 Zoltan there your last shield will be immune to ion weapons.

If you must use them as crew, have them huddle in the engine room or shields. Weapons only as a last resort. And if you are taxing your reactor power (and you should if you have Zoltan free power) you can not afford to have Zoltan move around the ship during combat.

To offset their bonus, your power distribution goes haywire if they move, and they often have to move if they get hit because of their low HP.
