There seems to be an issue with the 64-bit download, when I try to run it on my 64 bit OS it tells me I have a 32-bit system and I should run that version instead. Not exactly a problem, as the 32-bit install seems to work fine, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

As soon as I hit load on the player ship load window or create a new player ship, it shows an error message prompt about needing to close and tells me to post this here.

Otherwise it's a great tool.

A bit of an odd bug report: Looking at the enemy ship list while looking at the ship loader, none of the pirate ships appear in the list. I suspect that the reason for this is because the blueprints for pirate ships are not stored in autoBlueprints.xml, dlcBlueprints.xml, or dlcBlueprintsOverwrite.xml, but are stored in dlcPirateBlueprints.xml.

Kartoflane, It is valid for a ship to have multiple Artillery systems. This is best illustrated by the Rebel Flagship, and can be done manually without issues. Unfortunately, Superluminal does not permit the placement of multiple Artillery systems. Please correct that.

I am running OSX 10.13.2, FTL 1.5.13

I have tried to check the console log but i don't see any error that i can work from. :(

the Editor Opens without problem but soon after i open a ship and start editing i get the following set of messages

--- Error 1 ---
An error has occured while saving the ship:
crash_1515958079030.ftl (Read-only file system)
Check log for details.

--Error 2---
Superluminal has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Please check editor-log.txt in the editor's directory, and post it in the editor's thread at the FTL forums.
The ship you had loaded has been saved in the editor's directory as 'crash_1515958079030.ftl'.

---Error 3---
Error writing config to "editor.cfg".

Please note that FTL 1.6 has been fully released and pushed out; which means Superluminal is currently unusable in its current state.

You can still use Superluminal if you saved a copy of FTL 1.5's data files.

Is there a way I could get FTL's 1.5 data.dat? I just want to be able to use Superluminal since I dont know when its going to be patched for 1.6. Thanks

No; however you can find old data.dat and resources.dat from extremely old mods.

Such as this one

Arfy, I am trying to use superluminal on FTL version 1.6. I downloaded the .DAT files from the mod you suggested but superluminal doesn't recognize them. If I use the FTL file unpacker on the resource.DAT file in the mod, it unpacks everything like it should. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
