I need help, my mod is crashing

So, I'm a new mod creator. I recently released my first mod a few days ago, so I could use some help on my second. I was told if the ships were too far apart the game would not like it, but this is closer than the escort duty ship and it's still crashing. Any help would be appreciated.

I helped you fix the problem over Skype, so it shouldn't crash from room placement.
