Hello, I just got the latest Win10 fall update and I'm getting a very annoying bug. When moving the mouse in game it will randomly skip. It only happens in full screen mode. Others have this issue and reported it to MS. Here's the support thread with a pretty detailed explanation of what's happening and a video.

I tried updating video and mouse drivers, setting compatibility modes, changing my DPI settings, changing my scaling settings, and trying all different FTL options in game. Nothing works. Here's the video if you don't want to look at the support thread.

We're really sorry about this. The update is indeed what caused this issue (as it affects some other games as well, not jut FTL), but we don't have a solution just yet. We're looking into it, but it's possible Microsoft will beat us to the punch so please keep an eye open for updates from them as well.
