Ubuntu pulseaudio problems

The getsatisfaction url in the sticky is broken.
Anyways, FTL would "randomly" crash was was pretty annoying.
Also in "Sound Settings" -> "Applications" there would be a "ALSA plug-in [FTL]" item and it would flash a lot.
In "/etc/pulse/daemon.conf" I uncommented
And changed its value from 25 to 5.
And game appears to have stopped crashing as well as the flashing is gone.
