FTL broken
FTL just stopped working and when I try to launch it again it will start loading and when it's about to go to the title screen it crashes and has a runtime termination window. i uninstalled the game, uninstalled steam, but neither worked. the error window:http://imgur.com/uCsNKP7

Your profile file is probably corrupt.

Yep. Profile is probably corrupt.
1. If you are using Steam, close it.
2. Move/rename your current profile. That's located in My Documents / My Games / FasterThanLight -- You're looking for prof.sav and/or ae_prof.sav
3. Run FTL. If you're using Steam, run it from outside of Steam directly from its installation directory. It's most likely located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FTL Faster Than Light.
If that is the problem, the game will run but your data will be lost. You'll have to use the fan-made editor to restore lost ships and achievements.
