Secret Ship/Sector Bugs <SPOILERS>

1) I encountered an event in the secret sector that saw me choose between fighting a crystal ship or a rebel ship. I fought the rebel. Apon winning, the crystal ship gave me this weapon, which looked like a basic laser but fired crystals and recharged really fast.
2) When cloaking, the alt crystal ship shows the cloaking sprite of the zoltan ship.
