Ok, before we begin, let me get one thing straight. This isn’t a bug report nor is it a place for bug reports. This is a topic where you can share the weirdest Bugs, glitches, and errors you’ve come across playing FTL.

Once I was playing a ship where you teleport between mini-ships (like on the escort duty). While a crew member was crossing between ships (and was invisible, possibly in another dimension), I decided that she was needed in a different room. I re-routed her and she never came back. She still was a part of my crew, on the side bar and everything, but I never saw that pour soul again...

Raven could have still been saved - Mind Control.
Being Mind Controlled brings them back into reality. But if you were not playing with Advanced Edition content...
