Does anyone have 'The Scimitar' modded ship?

I was looking for fire modded weapons and saw this ship on youtube. You can set up easily everything on fire with the 10 sec cd, 2-shield piercing Fiery Justice but it seems so much fun.
Does anyone still have it, willing to share? I'd like to burn everything
