I finally finished all ships in hard mode,

Well done and welcome to the forum - do you perhaps know your win/lose ratio in hard mode, or have you built upon your pre-AE profile?

well I did finish it already before the AE, and was pretty amazed by this challenging hard mode.
I can't estimate properly the win/lose ratio, would say its 1 boss for around 5 games.
And boss fights are maybe 1 success out of 2, that would make 1/10 win ratio.
There are usually two scenarios : you barely get to the boss just to get smoked,
or you win it quite easily.
my tips would be : avoid stores as long as you don't absolutely need something, I usually need to buy at least one offensive weapon.
My favorite augmentation is the weapon pre-igniter

Thanks for sharing! There was a friendly exchange of arguments some weeks earlier whether the designers' goal that about 10% of all games should be winnable was met or not. Your statistics support the notion that the designers did well; too bad that I was on the side that said they failed We still need more statistical support from other players, though
