probability of a win

Suppose that you were a odds-maker, deciding what odds to give that a saved game will be won, assuming a competent player plays it out. (And I am not a competent player; that's why I'm asking.) You glance at it and the situation looks okay, nothing weird like being on fire or about to run out of oxygen. Suppose further that you need to give your odds quickly, after looking at only a few numbers.
What numbers would be most critical to look at? Maybe Sector, Hull, Date, Lifetime scrap acquired - assuming that scrap is either still available or spent on something useful, Current number of crew members and/or number of deaths?
Are there facts like "cloak acquired" that are more critical to know than a number?
