Unlock of some cruisers broken?

I have never been an achievement farmer, but FTL finally got me

But I am really not sure, if those two "xxx cruiser unlock"s should be marked as done already ... any ideas?

i see what happened here.
dont worry, you didnt break anything.
basically there are 2 ways of getting ships
1, doing the quest
2, winning (as in killing the flagship) with the previous ship
so you got the slug cruiser because you won in a rock ship (you don't have to win all 3, just 1)
i did the same thing to get my mantis ship (why does that quest need so much things)
so don't worry. just keep boarding ships and killing engi.
