A) Are you planning on controller support?

B) How resource hungry is HDog going to be? Will it run on dinky onboard graphics?

Controller support isn't planned, since you need the mouse for certain items to work. I can't rule it out entirely though.
I'll do my best to optimize the game, but onboard graphics probably won't be enough to run it. It will have requirements like similar games. Something like:

CPU: 2.0GHz i5 or better
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7 / 8 / 10
Video Card: Graphics card with 1 GB of Video RAM

Greetings. I am very excited for the release of this game, and wish stellar luck. Nevertheless, I tried the fun and well-done demo on an i7 laptop below the listed specifications on itch.io, but above the specifications mentioned above on this thread in all respects except graphics (6 gigabytes ram, 2.2 GHz i7 processor, and, as far as I know, integrated graphics, on this particular PC). It at first ran slow when shooting or when there were explosions, but ran consistently smoothly almost all of the time after disabling particles in the settings (except when loading the settings menu, which seemed particularly slow). In addition, I have a better computer, also with integrated graphics as far as I know, that I can test it on before purchase.

Spelling errors were the only problems I found in the demo, but those are completely forgivable, thus in other words, what I have played of HyperspaceDogfights has been great so far.

I voted yes for Hyperspace Dogfights on Greenlight, too.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm still trying to get particles optimized, they still seem to cause problems for a small subset of players. Glad you liked it overall.
