Easter eggs!

If "Fallout2" can reference Monty Python... Anyway, I thought it would be cool to have a thread about what kind of Easter eggs everyone might like to stumble across in game. My thought was to reference Star Trek: if you ever get a crewmember named "Data" you get a one-time special option to evade the rebels that are tracking you. Something like "Perhaps we could create a graviton particle beam with the main deflector..." as the text for the option. Video related.

Easter eggs are always nice. Maybe a Warbird class ship?

In Rebel Occupied Space doughnut eats you!

I think there are going to be many obscure references to various space shows, we just have to wait and see. If they start quoting "Space 1999", I'm outa here.

The game "Subspace" (now called Continuum) has a very nice Warbird ship ... Just make sure you play a skill zone like Chaos or League rather than any of the no skill zones like Trench or Extreme Games :P

If you get a crewmember named Keyes, you can have him as the pilot with +40% evade. In the theoretical game FTL2

I would like to see Isaac Clarke as one of your crew members, and he has a mining laser to kill invaders, also he's good at repairing and using the weapons station.
