Augment suggestion: cloaking charger

I'm a bit surprised there isn't any claoking related augment even in AE so I thought of one.

It should decrease cloaking cooldown time by 25%. I don't know what should be its appropriate price.

Anyway can this augment be added by modding? If not I'm really hoping for FTL 2.

That would be pretty good, almost a little OP. But I like the idea of cloaking augments, here's a few more ideas:

Perfect cloak- Cloaking always gives you 100% evasion.

Anti-cloak- Your cloaking counters the enemy's evasion boost from their cloak.

Stealth Weapons is extremely cloaking-related.

Your idea seems reasonable, but I don't think there's any way to mod it in. Augment effects are all hardcoded.
