[Suggestion] Co-op?

There are three ways I can see co-op working

1. Two person co-op, one is the ship's ai while the other is the crewmemebers.
-No pause feature for balance
-core of the game is still the same, not much else to change besides adding netcode

2. Two-Four person co-op, where each person has their own ship
-still no pause feature
-Large battles with many targets, allowing for some fun diversity (everyone fire missles at ship A, lasers at C!
Teammate #1, teleport your 2 engies to teammate #3 and help him fix, he got hit hard last salvo! etc.etc.)
-This would be crazy chaotic with shit flying everywhere and I think it would be good for laughs
-Game would need to add netcode, and a new hud for multiple ship battles. Still could be done really good, I
think even restricting it to 2 players with one ship each vs 2-3 enemy ai ships would be a whole lot of fun.
Enemies should be balanced because two players could be really powerful in sync.

3. Make one very large ship, kind of like the rebel ship, and have players control individual dudes.
-While I like this option, the game kind of isn't made for this. I mean, how exciting would it be being stuck as
the shield man unless more things were added to make it interesting? I think SS13 would be better off adding a
ship combat mode, as it has a UI and job system already set up for that. So while I like this idea, I think this is
the wrong game for it.
