So, this is the first game I've ever decided to mid and I'm loving it. In particular, I was really excited to plan this mod. However, after playing on a new profile for a couple of hours, I still cannot seem to get the hive warrior to appear. Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or knows how to fix it?

To my knowledge this mod hasn't been updated to work with the 1.2 patch. The master mod list post links a spreadsheet that tells which mods are known to work after that patch. At the moment I believe you have to downpatch the game to pre-1.2 in order to use this and a few other mods. Folks in the Discord can usually help with that (I cannot).

Updated the mod to v1.1.0, which brings full compatibility with ITB 1.2! I ran into a few problems (see Known Issues section of main post) and of course the Timepod Launchbay is no longer a part of this mod because it's in the Mod Loader now, but the Hive Warrior has returned in all its glory.

Ok so I'm having trouble downloading this. I suspect this is because of the way i have to download this rather than me doing it wrong. Any file i have to unzip on google drive doesn't work while 7-zip zips do. When using the drive mods it gives me a error message with "no such file or directory". i have no idea how to fix this and if anyone else had the same problems please tell me how.

Hi I've been playing with this mod for a few weeks now, and I've been loving it! The Hive Warrior really mixes the game up and the fact that he gets upgrades as the game progresses is so neat. However, I have experienced a few bugs regarding the Hive Warriors's reflex shot.
1. The reflex shot destroying a light tank unit and it staying destroyed despite me undoing the move.
2. The reflex shot killing a Vek but not getting the "My Finger Slipped" achievement.
3. When undoing a move where the reflex shot goes through Ralph and it kills a target (friendly or enemy), the game crashes and reopening it reveals the move to be undone but the unit that was killed is remains dead.

I have one simple question.

How did you save HW_MaxPower into save data?
I've been banging my head against the wall trying to do a campaign overhaul of some kind
EDIT: Oh yeah lua can just add variables to GAME by accessing it with a '.' silly me
