[Weapons] Satellite Weapons

Adds powerful satellite weapons to the shop, which disappear after 1 use.

Adds 4 rare weapons to the shop. They're all 0-core Any class weapons with huge effects that are permanently lost after 1 use.

Annihilation Beam: Damages units in a line. (5 damage, SE to NW line hitting 1-8 tiles)
Orbital Salvo: Deal heavy damage in a large X pattern. (5 damage, 9 tiles total)
Tectonic Destabilizer: Collapse 3 tiles into a Chasm. (SW to NE line)
Guardian Pulse: Shield all Grid Buildings and friendly units.

Download modpack version of all my mods - requires mod loader 2.6.1 or later to function.

- Update for modloader 2.6.0 (achievement UI update) and modApiExt 1.14 (fixes Psion Tyrant viewing bug)
- Going forward, I'll only upload mods in modpack form; if you don't want all my mods, it's easy to extract only the ones you want and delete the rest, or disable them.

- Removed flip from Annihilation beam, since it's not really necessary.

- Fixed bug that prevented Annihilation Beam and Guardian Pulse from working in-mission.
