running through steam. played the game for a while on launch and loved it, and played in full screen mode. now when launching the game, it comes up with a garbled menu, no mouse cursor, and the only other menu i can pull up is the esc menu which is equally garbled and can't be interacted with. I've tried to force the game to launch windowed through the steam launch commands, with no success.

gahhhh... i'm dumb. it was just my video driver. nevermind!
