[Bug/Suggestion] Hazardous Mechs vs Blob

I just had my Unstable Mech get disabled, because it did not regenerate health after shooting down Blob. And since Viscera Nanobot is written up to give HP after mech does killing blow without mentioning if it should be Vek, robot, or even ally, it would be fitting to fix this little oddity.

Also buildings. I should get health back from destroying buildings.

Blobs are not creatures and cannot be killed. They are time-delayed ammunition that you can destroy. Spider eggs as well are not creatures though there's a better argument to be made there.
