[WIP][MOD]Random Scrap Reward

Hello there!

I'm not a good programmer (at least I think I'm not), although I've been working as a programmer on the last 17 years.

That intro is just to let you all aware of possible issues on the logic or anything else.

I'm working on a mod that will add a 5% chance of rewarding the player with anything from 25 to 75 scrap upon entering an empty sector.

I'll test the mod in the next few hours and will post a link to it so you guys can check it out.

Hopefully this is the correct way to announce a new mod, I'll be honest I didn't quite get the rules for new mods being added.
