This is by far my favorite mod. Wish it worked with the new version, but I can understand how rl stuff takes over.
I look forward to a new release!

Re: [MOD][WIP] FTL Infinite Space
I really keep my thumbs for updated release - I may be mistaken, but it seems that it *shouldn't* be very much work to make it compatible with latest version of FTL and "better background and planets/asteroids"... At least for author, who knows his own mod inside-out.

Well the author hasn't visited the forum the past month so that kinda worries me.

Maybe somebody else should fix it temporarily? Just saying.

Re: [MOD][WIP] FTL Infinite Space
Tried it once, but there's so much stuff that IS changes that it'd take a lot of time to first list the changes, and then fix it.
Not to mention it overwrites a bunch of game files completely instead of appending changes at the end, so without being the mod's author, it's impossible to know what's the intended change, and what's just a discrepancy between versions of FTL.
In short, you'd have to basically design the mod from scratch.

Ouch.
Edit: Discrepancies between versions of FTL could however be identified if you had the .dat file for the version IS works with, the current version's .dat file, and IS.
