[MOD HELP] Change system parameters

Hello mod community

I can't find in the data.dat some way to change the variables of systems of a ship.
For example to change how long the cloak lasts and how much evasion it adds, cooldown of the teleport
Also where do you change the health of crew members

I'm pretty sure you can't change those properties of the cloak and teleport (you could TRY adding another level to them, and see what happens - probably won't work, but it looks like some systems have an extra "imaginary" level in their blueprints)
I don't know of any way to set crew member health either - I think the only control you get is adding and removing them. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

As Rolfy said, it appears a majority of these effects (unlike the weapons) are hardcoded into the game's backend, and thus not currently moddable with XML modding (there may be other methods, but those are neither widespread nor well known yet).
