New Rebel Ship
Can someone please recolor the black and red long pirated ship from CE into black and orange? I am too lazy and only have GIMP, so it would be great if you could do that for me.
I goof off on superluminal. If I make something cool, the I post it.

Re: New Rebel Ship
Most people use GIMP for their recolouring works. Just select all the red bits, select colorize in one of the menus at the top and run the hue slider until it comes out orange.

That's more of a brown than orange.

This should really be in Mod Development...
Also, Turbo - I know Gimp/Photoshop are intimidating when you first start, but the best way to learn is to practice.

[Moved to mod development]
The eases way to go about this would be opening the original Rebel fighter and use to color picker to get the individual colors (I think its just like 5 shades of orange used across the entire ship). Then colour select the individual shades of red on the pirate ship and use bucket fill to recolour them with the corresponding shades from the original fighter.
Although I'm not sure why there would be orange pirate marks on black Rebel ships. Its like the pirate decided half-way through the repainting that the original Rebel orange looked better and then used it for their marks. Ah whatever...

Maybe orange is the new black?
