Can you try updating your Java please?
I know it sounds silly but sometimes there's a function that gets changed or something that get's called on differently with older versions -w-

sorry, it is on my school laptop i have these problems...
laptop specs:
Windows 7
Intel celeron N2940
4gb ram

I have now updated Java, so we will see how it works!

I've recently encountered a very interesting unexpected feature outcome.
See, when a ship is destroyed there's a chance that some of his systems will be dropped.
But, some systems aren't supposed to be dropped - like shop systems.
So I thought, instead of just skipping them and dropping nothing,
I will instead drop a debris piece that will contain scrap value equal to half of the shops stock at that moment.
Well I got this rare event today:)
What I didn't expect was for that piece of debris to contain over 18k scrap :D
Now that was funny.
And just as I bought and somewhat equipped my new cruiser.
Sadly on the way to my base - my cruiser got blown up by lvl 15 pirate event :D
But luckily I managed to jettisson the 15k scrap that I had left after fully upgrading everything on my ship.
And I know the coordinates to that sector:)
Anyone up for a quest to recover the riches?

Edit:
Nevermind - I ahve already recovered the loot :D
But now you can try and find my base and take it from me :D
I'll give you a hint - my base is around 150 sectors away from spawn.

Latest update:

Version a0.4.3 is out

Change-log:
1. Hopefully the crash bug is fixed(needs testing)
2. In piloting system interface you can now cycle tabs with tab key
3. Jackpot removed, The selling bug should be fixed now.
But if there's still something wron with selling - trader will just tell you that he can't buy it, and give some info about the transaction.
If you ever see that special message - please post it here.
4. Shop drop treasure fixed - if a shop system is dropped now it will be fixed 500 scrap
5. Fixed credits a bit
6. You can now hold shift when charging or decharging systems to do a full charge discharge
7. Shops should now contain Battle ships and ships with preinstalled systems.(was suspposed to be there last time, but I forgot to include some files :))
8. Fixed some minor bugs.

No server wipe needed. But make sure that all new files are used(models files, worldgen files, config.cfg).
I would suggest to just use the new server folder but copy the database folder to it from the old one.

Cuz I want to fix the bugs in the 0.4 first.
Then I can work on the new stuff.
