Your browser loads the .jnlp correctly but Java does not even connect to verify that file.

Does that help?
1. Start Java Control Panel (from windows control panel -> java, OR from Java folder)
2. On "General" tab click "Network settings..."
3. Choose "Direct connection" instead of "Use browser settings"
4. Click OK and you are done.

So to get on the Server Now, do i need the launcher?

The old server works without the launcher. For the new server, please use the launcher if possible. It might work without the launcher but I do not know what happens if the client does not have all files.

So whats the new address for the New server? is it already in the launcher(Too lazy to check right now got to go to bed for school -_-)

The launcher automatically connects to the server. The address should be tachyonuniverse.692b8c32.de. The launcher page was down because something failed. I do not have enough time to find the cause but I implemented a workaround and it should work again.
