Slipspace [Halo mod] [WIP]

Hey, I'm making a Halo conversion of FTL called "Slipspace" (Which is Halo's equivalent of Faster than light travel) There is another conversion, however, no work on it has taken place since January 2014, so i guess that one is finished

This is the title screen, the picture taken directly from the mod files.

There will be 20 or so ships, each replacing the A and B variants of each ship not from AE. So far i have added:
The SDV class Corvette, which is replacing the Stealth Ship B,
The CCS class battle-cruiser, which is replacing the Engi Crusier B
The CAS class Assault carrier, which is replacing the mantis cruiser B

The UNSC ships will be A variants of ships of a simular grade (Carrier with Carrier) (Cruiser with Crusier)

The Music is being changed to the different Halo songs, Mainly the original trilogies soundtrack songs. I fell in love with some of them.

Plans:
A new weapon: The MAC.
It has a 45 second charge time, but it has a 100% breach chance and does 10 damage.
It takes 4 power to charge however, and costs 120 scrap.

Other weapons will be re-textured to look more Haloey. Eg: ASB will look like MAC Or Heavy grade plasma torpedo.
Hull missile will be a smaller plasma torpedo.

UNSC ships will not have shields at the start, however those can be bought.

Species: (Will be retextured)
Humans = Humans (What did you expect?!?)
Mantis = Sangheili / Elites
Rockmen = Jiralhanae / Brutes
Crystalmen = Spartans (Well, maybe Hunters but i would prefer spartans)
Slug = Kig yar / Jackals
Zoltans = No clue. (Maybe grunts)
Engi = Huragok
Lanius = (Maybe Grunts, as neither breathe oxygen)

how about changing the artillery module for the mac? i mean change the effects of the artillery to be like themac cannon and then you have.
i find that the mac fits more than a module than a wepon sorry bad grammar

There hasn't been any activity for two years. You could have at least asked if it's still being worked on before raising everyone's hopes like that :(

I haven't done anything for this mod in years now...

(I feel old now)

But if there's demand, I'll get to work on it again.

id like this mod cause im a huge halo fan so you should continue working on it

Since we're all here, why not! An HALO mod is always interesting. :)
Has anyone ever considered a Warhammer 40,000 Mod for this game? It would be awesome!
