Good idea. I didn't need this yet but I like to see mods starting already. 
He kind of has a point, especially since it seems ISP's prioritize https://speedtestfast.com/broadband-and ... peed-test/ , Telkom is a good example as most downloads are much slower that the actual speed tests and if you use a VPN all is the same again.
