this is not a resource pack.
all files except the hubble images are only for use in this mod.
hubble files are z_bg_hubble_01.png to z_bg_hubble_62.png, bg_blueStarcluster.png, bg_darknebula.png, bg_smallbluenebula.png

this mod replaces all of the existing planets and backgrounds and adds a lot more. (In version 1.2 are only 3 of the backgrounds taken from hubble, rest done by me, version 1.3+ adds 62 Hubble backgrounds)

which version should you use?
1.2.2 includes only 3 hubble images the rest is made by me.
1.3.2 is the same as version 1.2.2 with 62 additional hubble images

install
requires Slipstream Mod Manager or Grognak's Mod Manager
copy "Better Planets and Backgrounds1.3.1.ftl" to \Steam\steamapps\common\FTL Faster Than Light\mods
activate with Slipstream Mod Manager/Grognak's Mod Manager

This is great, using it now, what did you change from 1.0 to 1.2?

in 1.2 are 17 new backgrounds and 7 new planets.
